Who Is VGS and How does VGS Work?

In many cases your Distributor can convert a CCTV system already installed in a business. This conversion is based on the existing system being compatible with the VGS Software.
Rather your distributor is installing a new CCTV system or converting an existing system the VGS-LP software must be used.
The VGS-LP software is married to the VGS-CMS software allowing the monitoring. The combination of VGS–LP and the VGS–CMS software allows our technicians to program artificial intelligence into the cameras. This process makes it possible to set up a series of alerts and alarm to notify the monitoring agent when an event occurs. The events are programmed through the protocol which is custom designed for each location. The software is programmed to determine what an event is or might be. In addition it allows the cameras to talk to each other as they all look for an event.
Based on the protocol when an event occurs it instantly appears on the event monitor and this event monitor is monitored by a highly trained monitoring agent. During the process an event level is determined and based on the level determined, the monitoring agent takes the appropriate action.

When the authorities are called it is a verified call creating an immediate and fast response. At the same time the Monitoring Agent can provide critical information.
