Event Monitoring – occurs generally after closing hours and prior to the business opening.

With the VGS–LP Software, artificial intelligence is programmed into each camera independently. Special features programmed into the VGS-LP software allows the system to look for certain events which triggers a serious of alarms and alerts within the software, allowing the VGS monitoring agent to know that an event may be occurring and said potential event will be viewed on a special event monitor in real time and based on predetermined protocol assign an event level triggering the required response from a VGS monitoring agent and/or a monitoring supervisor to take the appropriate action. This action can be as simple as a level (1) response to remove the alert as it was determined to be a false alarm, to a level (4) response, contacting the proper authorities due to suspicious activity.
